CASE SUMMARY:
The plaintiff was operating his vehicle through a four way intersection when a vehicle operated by the defendant drove around the right side of a car waiting to make a left turn, entered the intersection, causing the vehicles to collide.
The plaintiff sustained right wrist tendonitis and instability requiring wrist arthroscopy. Following the surgery, the plaintiff underwent a course of physical therapy for 2 months, at which time he was discharged.
